Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target markets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business pitches
- Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to inform strategy
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM updates
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B business development, preferably in staffing, consulting, or technology services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and goal-oriented approach
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite
- MBA preferred
