About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategy, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

As a BDM, you will be a key player in our go-to-market efforts, working closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align business goals with client needs and market trends.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, inbound leads, events, and partnerships

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in target sectors


Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects

- Understand client business needs and propose tailored solutions or service offerings

- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction


Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations


Partnerships & Alliances:

- Identify potential channel partners and strategic alliances

- Establish and manage collaborations with industry partners, agencies, and technology providers


Reporting & Analytics:

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and report on key metrics including conversion rates, sales forecasts, and revenue growth

- Use CRM tools (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot) to track all interactions and maintain updated client records

- Provide regular feedback to marketing and product teams based on market intelligence and customer feedback


Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to understand and pitch technical or service-based solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive
