Job Purpose  This role is responsible for providing commercial expertise to the business with a focus on:   Primary Responsibilities   - Contract Manufacturer evaluation, Product cost calculations, lowest cost sourcing, yield management   - Capex Management for Production line, accounting and control  - Vendor Negotiations and audit of production cost  - Evaluate transport cost arrangement, arrive at transport cost per unit  - Manage secondary distribution costs, audit of 3PL warehouse costs   - Manage Accounts Payable function for contract Manufacturers & 3PL   - Negotiate on Packing material pricing, release of POS for Packing material costs  - Financial Accounting linked to the Production to warehouse process   - Permit management (Way bills, C forms, F forms)  - Negotiations of Terms of manufacture, proprietory raw material issuance & Accounting.  Required Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :  - Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills   - Excellent oral and written communication skills   - Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion   - Record of successfully collaborating with and influencing senior management and peers   - Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, analytical ability and professional demeanor   - Able to perform financial calculations and manage budgets   Education and Experience   - Preferably a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 3 years of experience in an FMCG industry or a commerce graduate with 5 years in FMCG/Retail. Should be currently in a commercial role handling Production accounting, Warehouse management and good knowledge in taxation/GST.
