About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Manager - Business Analyst Team to lead a team of analysts and drive data-driven decision-making across key business functions including Sales, Purchasing, Imports, and Accounting.

This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, translating complex business data into actionable insights, driving process improvements, and fostering a culture of analytical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth.

- Partner with business leaders to identify analytical opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

- Drive advanced analytics initiatives to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

- Design and deliver impactful dashboards, reports, and visualizations for executive leadership.

- Establish best practices for data governance, reporting, and analytics processes.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across business functions.

- Leverage automation, BI tools, APIs, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Imports, and IT.

- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

- Support business performance reviews through detailed analysis of operational and financial metrics.

- Stay current with industry trends, analytical methodologies, and business intelligence technologies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.

- 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Business Analysis.

- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing analytics teams.

- Strong expertise in SQL (mandatory).

- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Sisense, Tableau, or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of data visualization, dashboarding, and statistical analysis.

- Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into business actions.

- Exposure to APIs, automation tools, and bots is highly desirable.

- Python knowledge is an added advantage.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience supporting Sales, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, or Accounting functions is preferred.
