Title: Manager - Business Analyst (Functional)

Experience: 12 to 15 years

Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad / Pune

Must have:

- Business Analysis

- Payments

- Global Banking

We are looking for a senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in global payments and banking systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale transformation projects, strong understanding of cross-border payment flows, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across geographies. This role requires both domain expertise and functional business analysis skills to drive successful project delivery in a global banking environment.

Key Requirements:

- Good domain understanding in Payments - MT/MX messages, cross-border payments, payments lifecycle, SWIFT, ISO20022, clearing & settlement.

- Experience in Payments systems like (GPP, Volpay, C2P, T24 etc.) and well versed into End-to-End Payment flows.

- 12 years of core BA experience and exposure on at least 1-2 large Transformation projects as a functional BA/PM/Hybrid

- Excellent communication & presentation skills and experienced in working with senior and cross geography stakeholders.

- Global Banking experience is mandatory, Indian banking will not work.

- Payments domain expertise

- Global Banking experience (Indian banking experience will not be considered)

Key Requirements:

Payments Domain Knowledge:

- MT/MX messaging

- Cross-border payments

- Payments lifecycle

- SWIFT, ISO20022

- Clearing & settlement processes

Payments Systems Experience:

- GPP, Volpay, C2P, T24, or similar

- Well-versed in End-to-End payment flows

- Team and project leadership: Oversee a team of business analysts, guide them in their work, and ensure the successful execution of projects.

- Requirements management: Lead the process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

- Stakeholder communication: Act as a bridge between business units and IT departments, ensuring clear and effective communication and managing stakeholder relationships.
