Manager - Business Analyst - Banking/Financial Services

About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager - Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Banking and Financial Services domain projects.

- The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills along with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and requirement management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts.

- Gather, analyze, and define business requirements.

- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, proposals, and user stories.

- Utilize Agile methodologies for project delivery.

- Coordinate with development, QA, and project management teams.

- Create wireframes and workflows using Visio/Figma.

- Conduct stakeholder meetings and sprint discussions.

- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

- Support UAT and change management activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience.

- Minimum 8 Years & Above of BA experience with 3 - 5+ years of team handling experience.

- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio, and Figma.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Core Banking, Lending, Payments, LOS/LMS.

- Exposure to API integrations and digital banking platforms.

- Business Analysis or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
