Manager - Budgeting Analytics - Education

Looking for a Budgeting Analytics expert for a leading education Institution in Bangalore.

To lead the process of preparation of Annual Budgets and Forecast. Manager - Budgeting and Analytics will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing the Organization's budgeting processes and delivering financial insights through data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Financial Planning :

- Coordinate the annual budgeting process across departments, faculties, and administrative units.

- Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

- Develop financial models and forecasts to support long-term financial planning.

- Monitor budget variances and recommend corrective actions as necessary.

MIS Development & Reporting :

- Design and implement MIS systems to collect, consolidate, and report financial and operational data.

- Generate regular MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports provided to senior management, deans, and administrators.

Financial Analytics & Decision Support :

- Perform detailed financial and cost analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Develop financial dashboards and reports for leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Support the evaluation of academic programs, research centers, and infrastructure projects through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
