Job Overview:

As the Manager of BTL Marketing , you will be the strategic leader responsible for designing and executing targeted, on-ground Marketing programs that drive measurable business growth. You will architect integrated campaigns focused on demand generation, partner enablement, and customer retention within our key BTL and channel segments. This role demands a data-driven leader who can translate market insights into impactful, on-the-ground experiences and programs that directly contribute to the sales pipeline and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

- BTL Marketing Strategy: Develop and own the integrated BTL strategy. Align BTL initiatives with the sales funnel to generate qualified leads, build Brand presence, and increase customer lifetime value.

- Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of BTL Marketing professionals. Foster a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product teams.

- Event & Experience Management: Spearhead the strategy and execution of all BTL events, including industry trade shows, proprietary conferences, client advisory boards, and partner summits, with a clear focus on ROI and pipeline generation.

- Vendor & Agency Management: Select and manage specialized BTL agencies, vendors, and event partners. Negotiate contracts and ensure all deliverables meet strategic objectives, quality standards, and budget requirements.

- Budget & Performance Analytics: Own the BTL Marketing budget. Establish and track KPIs such as Cost Per Lead, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), pipeline contribution, and event ROI. Deliver regular performance reports to the C-suite.

- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing analysis of the competitive landscape and BTL Marketing trends. Leverage customer and market insights to refine messaging, identify new opportunities, and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is highly preferred.

- Experience: 12-15 years of progressive experience in Marketing, with a minimum of 6-8 years in a senior BTL Marketing leadership role. Must have a proven track record of: Developing and executing multi-channel BTL Marketing strategies.

- Managing large-scale, high-budget BTL events and ABM programs.

- Leading and developing high-performing teams.

- Directly influencing sales pipeline and revenue through Marketing activities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Deep BTL Acumen: Expert understanding of BTL Marketing principles, the BTL buyer's journey, and how to market complex products/solutions.

- Strategic & Analytical: Superior ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) platforms would be an added advantage.

- Leadership & Influence: Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong alliances with Sales leadership.

- Project Management Mastery: Adept at managing multiple complex projects with precision, from conception to execution and analysis.

- Results-Obsessed: A demonstrated focus on achieving and exceeding measurable business outcomes.
