Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Branding & Marketing Manager with a strong background in the QSR / F&B industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role is pivotal in shaping The Rasoiya Streets market presence and ensuring sustained business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Growth:
- Design and execute marketing strategies that directly impact sales and profitability.
- Develop campaigns to increase footfall, repeat customers, and average ticket size.
- Monitor ROI on marketing spends and optimize for maximum impact.
2. Brand Communication & Content Strategy:
- Define and execute clear brand positioning and tone of voice across all channels.
- Create content calendars for social media, WhatsApp, and in-house communication.
- Drive in-store marketing through signages, menu boards, table branding, and creative collaterals.
- Build storytelling around signature dishes, festivals, kitchen processes, and chef specials.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and Google My Business profiles for each outlet.
- Collaborate with design teams/agencies to produce reels, food photos, influencer content.
- Plan and execute monthly campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations.
- Run local social ads for events, offers, and new dish launches.
4. WhatsApp & CRM Marketing:
- Build segmented WhatsApp databases per outlet.
- Run regular WhatsApp campaigns: loyalty messages, weekend offers, event invites.
- Work with CRM tools (ReserveGo/Reelo) for customer retention and reactivation.
5. In-Restaurant Marketing:
- Execute in-outlet branding: offers, festivals, games, selfie walls, QR menus.
- Promote high-margin items with tactical table branding.
- Train staff to upsell offers and capture guest feedback.
6. Sales Coordination (Zomato, Swiggy, EasyDiner):
- Partner with account managers to boost dine-in campaigns.
- Coordinate sponsored listings, video ads, and visibility products.
- Drive Banquet & Catering sales aligned with brand positioning.
7. Loyalty & Retention:
- Set up and manage a loyalty/rewards program integrated with dine-in experience.
- Drive repeat visits through points, birthdays, anniversaries, and member-only previews.
8. Offline Marketing & Local Outreach:
- Plan and execute local store marketing (LSM): flyers, tie-ups with offices, societies, gyms, co-working spaces.
- Organize in-outlet mini events: food tastings, games, chef meet-ups.
- Connect with nearby event organizers for catering and footfall tie-ins.
9. Data Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain marketing calendar and campaign tracker.
- Monitor ROI via footfall/sales dashboards.
- Analyze outlet-wise performance and recommend localized strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly Dine-in Sales Growth % increase across outlets
- Social Media Growth Engagement, reel reach, post frequency
- Offer Redemption Conversion rate of WhatsApp/social offers
- Loyalty Member Base Growth in registered customers & repeat visits
- Google/Zomato Ratings Average rating improvement
- Local Partnerships No. of office/society tie-ups per month

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Branding & Marketing within QSR / F&B industry.
- Proven track record of revenue growth through marketing initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
