Position: Manager Branding & Business Strategy
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 10+ years (preferably from marketing/creative agencies or brand-side roles)
About the Role
- Leadend-to-end development and execution of brand strategydefining unique value proposition, mission, vision, and core values.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee brand guidelines and ensure consistency across digital, print, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal functions (Marketing, Product, Sales, Communications) to integrate brand objectives.
- Manage brand assets, external agencies/vendors, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor brand health using KPIs; present regular performance reports to senior leadership.
- Identify brand innovation opportunities by staying updated on trends and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Development
- Build and implement brand strategies aligned with business growth and market positioning.
- Define and evolve brand guidelines for consistent messaging across all touchpoints
2. Execution & Campaign Leadership
- Lead campaigns across digital, print, events, and partnershipsensuring quality and brand alignment.
- Drive content collaboration and provide creative guidance to internal and external teams .
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Define and track brand KPIsawareness, engagement, perception; optimize strategies using results.
- Share actionable brand performance insights with leadership .
4. Agency & Vendor Management
- Select, manage, and guide agencies/creative partnersensuring deliverables meet brand standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Build strong vendor relationships with clear accountability and review mechanisms.
5. Innovation & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Identify emerging brand trendsinfuse with innovation to differentiate positioning.
- Collaborate internally and with stakeholders to seamlessly integrate brand vision into campaigns and product launches.
Education: Bachelors in Marketing, Business, Communications (MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 institutese.g., IIM, XLRIpreferred)
Track Record: Proven success in building and managing brands, ideally across multiple categories/channels.
Skills: Strategic thinking, data-driven mindset, consumer insights, performance analytics, creative acumen, stakeholder management.
Leadership: Confident communicator, persuasive presenter, and natural collaborator across teams and agencies.
Execution: Comfortable managing budgets, complex projects, and multi-channel campaigns.
