Ability to Deliver New & Existing Store Opening: 1. Train all Team Members on compliance, process and skill as per Brand guidelines 2. Conduct workshops as per Brand guidelines 3. Assist the store operations team in the setting up processes for a new or existing store 4. Assist the new store for the 1st month in order to ensure smooth operational functioning 5. Provide support in operational execution to existing stores whenever needed 6. Assess TM's on weekly and monthly learnings Compliance Training: 1. Train all TM's on food safety and hygiene standards as per FSSAI guidelines in order to maintain Quality Safety standards as per Brand audits 2. Ensure 2 - 4 TM's per outlet are FOSTAC certified 3. Ensure every TM is trained and certified for Fire Safety Standards Training Material: 1. Create new training material brand wise as per the organization requirement 2. Ensure training material available in the restaurant is up to date and current as provided by the Brand Growth & Development: 1. Conduct assessments for FOH & BOH as per the organization guidelines 2. Prepare personal development plans for individual TM's for key areas of development (communication, process, skill, knowledge, behavior etc.) 3. Follow up on completion of the PDP as be the set timelines and check readiness of the TM for next role Reports: 1. Track and maintain the buddy learning trainer system (BLTS) and individual training files at the store level 2. Prepare and analyze monthly reports based on customer satisfaction from internal and external feedback channels 3. Mystery audit reports (SIS) - Analyze and prepare training plans for the month based on the monthly audit 4. Consolidate, evaluate and prepare yearly analysis reports. Provide any process change or better ways or working to improve customer and employee satisfaction Ability to Lead New Menu: 1. Plan trainings for execution of a new menu, LTO, new product launch or Marketing activity 2. Plan and conduct cook offs with the Culinary team 3. Prepare and brief TM on any process change or script/verbology to be added during customer engagement Upskilling Team: 1. Participate and lead restaurant team briefings in order to share organization and industry updates (whenever in the store) 2. Counsel and assign specific tasks to TM to hone their skills 3. Mentor TM's in order to build their skills and capabilities for new opportunities Feedback: 1. Own and process all queries by customers that lands in the feedback inbox 2. To ensure that all written customer feedback to be reverted back by the RGM/Cluster Coach or Brand Ops Head within 24 hours Ability to Drive Culture Training Plan: 1. All training plans based on behavior to be aligned to the organizations culture 2. Skills and behaviors at each role built in a manner to achieve organizational goals Induction & Assessment: 1. Conduct Brand wise induction for new TM's to inculcate organization values and culture 2. Nurture, build and assess TM behaviors and skills to grow and develop to the next role Grooming & Communication: 1. Monitor and coach TM's on their appearance to be in line with the set standards or the Brand/Organization 2. Constantly develop and monitor TM's spoken and written communication skills
