Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic, analytically strong marketer to lead media planning, marketing effectiveness, and cross-channel intelligence for brand and growth priorities. The role will connect brand strategy, media investments, consumer research, app-store performance, and business signals into clear recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and sharpen decision-making.
The individual will work closely with media, research, analytics, growth, product, and agency partners to build measurement discipline, drive insight-led optimisation, and automate recurring reporting where possible.
Experience and Skillset:
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing Effectiveness, Consumer Insights, Media Strategy, or Marketing Analytics.
- Strong understanding of brand health, media measurement, and campaign effectiveness frameworks.
- Ability to build strategic narratives from multiple data sources and influence stakeholders.
- Hands-on comfort with Excel, SQL, BI dashboards, and structured analysis.
- Experience working with media, research, and creative agency partners; media agency experience is a plus.
About the Team:
The Brand Marketing team builds brand strength, drives consumer relevance, and improves the effectiveness of marketing investments. The team works closely with media, research, analytics, growth, product, and agency partners.

- Exposure to app-based, brand-led businesses such as e-commerce, fintech, consumer technology, media, or telecom.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Consumer Insight:
- Support brand strategy, positioning, and communication architecture.
- Synthesise consumer, category, competitive, and cultural insights into actionable recommendations.
- Build leadership-ready narratives that simplify complex data and drive alignment.
- Translate research, campaign learnings, and business performance into strategic implications.
Marketing Effectiveness & Media Measurement:
- Own measurement of brand and upper-funnel marketing investments across awareness, consideration, preference, and business impact.
- Partner with media, analytics, and agency teams to optimise channel performance and investment decisions.
- Lead campaign reviews and institutionalise learning agendas across major initiatives.
- Drive adoption of brand lift, incrementality, and attribution best practices.
Consumer, Search & App Analytics:
- Track consumer, branded search, app engagement, and customer behaviour metrics to evaluate brand performance.
- Partner with BI and analytics teams to build useful dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Identify patterns, opportunities, and risks, and convert data into clear business recommendations.
Campaign Governance & Creative Effectiveness:
- Support planning and rollout of key brand campaigns across channels.
- Align strategy, creative development, media deployment, and measurement.
- Ensure campaigns have clear objectives, success metrics, and learning plans.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Educational Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: MBA or postgraduate qualification from a reputed institution.
Professional Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, market research, media planning, marketing analytics, or data analytics are preferred.
