Team Size: 4-6 direct reports
Role Overview:
We are looking for a senior brand leader to own end-to-end brand strategy and execution across multiple product categories. The role will drive brand equity, media effectiveness, creative excellence, and consumer-led growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own brand strategy, positioning, and identity across categories
- Lead ATL media planning & buying (TV, Print, Radio) with strong ROI focus
- Drive large-scale brand campaigns and TVC executions
- Lead creative, media, and PR agencies
- Track and improve brand health metrics (TOM, BEI, SOV, GRP, CPRP)
- Translate consumer insights into strong brand and product narratives
- Manage and develop a high-performing brand & creative team
Must-Have Experience:
- 15-18 years in brand marketing roles
- Strong ATL & media ownership experience
- Experience with consumer brands at national scale
- Proven agency management and team leadership
- MBA (Marketing preferred)
Good to Have:
- Mix of agency + client-side experience
- Exposure to multi-category or growth-stage brands
- Strong sense of product aesthetics & packaging
This is a senior leadership role with high impact and visibility.
