About the Role:
Were seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead brand activation, innovation launches, and 360 campaigns for a fast-growing beauty and personal care brand. The role demands a consumer-first mindset, strong execution skills, and the ability to drive cross-channel marketing and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive brand strategy, GTM plans, and 360 marketing across GT, MT & e-commerce channels.
- Lead end-to-end product launches, media planning, and execution.
- Create digital-first campaigns with influencers and content partners.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent business growth.
- Ensure innovation, pricing strategy, and portfolio alignment with brand goals.
Requirements:
- 10 to 12 years in brand management or marketing (beauty or FMCG preferred).
- Proven record of delivering growth through innovation and execution.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, pricing, and media planning.
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
