AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own the complete product and innovation funnel for a Beauty & Personal Care brand.

- Manage end to end new product development cycle and innovation pipeline from consumer insight to product and pack development, BTL interventions, and in market launch, working cross-functionally from ideation to commercialization.

- Develop and execute integrated brand strategies across product portfolio lifecyclelaunches, scaleup, sustenance, and renovation.

- Drive consumer-led decision-making through insights from market research, data analytics, and competitive intelligence.

- Track brand performance using defined KPIs, review post-launch effectiveness, and course-correct through agile interventions.

- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, RnD, Business Development, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and external agencies to ensure timely and seamless execution of plans.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and compliance guidelines across all brand initiatives

- Own end-to-end brand performance for an OTC brand, including P&L delivery, growth strategy, and achievement of revenue targets. Lead annual brand planning, including GTM strategy, pricing, trade promotions in line with business objectives.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- MBA from premium institute with specialisation in Sales & Marketing

- 3+ years with at least 1+ years in Brand Management in FMCG industry. Past experience in Beauty & Personal Care / Skin Category would be an added advantage.

- Open to market travel (PAN India) for 4 to 7 days in a month

- Proven track record of driving brand growth, launches, and/or scale-up. Experience of managing end to end New Product Development cycle would be an advantage

- Strong understanding of consumer insights, market research, and data-driven decision-making

- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agencies
