A brand manager contributes to the success of the brands by developing integrated brand strategies and campaigns that increase brand awareness, enhance brand perception, and attract new customers as well as grow revenue with existing customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES::
Brand management:
- Drives the Marketing Activation - ATL/BTL marketing activities.
- Manage product road map and life cycle.
- Manage product launches and activations by defining communication strategy, processes and collaterals.
- Measure effectiveness of BTL Activities through PDCA check.
- Manages corporate marketing activities by handling the website and PR related activities.
- Provides market intelligence to various partners i.e. the Communication agencies, BTL agencies, Media agencies & PR agencies.
Brand strategy, marketing plan, annual action plans:
- Positioning & attributes of the brands to deploy an effective brand strategy to achieve market leadership.
- Assess the Marketing Plan of the organization to tailor an effective brand strategy.
- Create annual action plans using the full marketing mix to implement brand strategy.
Product & Brand Analysis:
- Short and long term risks
- Product insights for lead markets
- Media Planning & Execution, BTL campaigns, managing media agencies
- Plan innovative BTL campaigns & champion deployment across country.
- Coordinate with the media agencies for the execution of the media plans
EDUCATION: MBA from a premier institute
