Manager Brand Content Responsibility: - Building Content Strategy & Execution: Conceptualize and execute content strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives. These have to be engaging as well as meaningful for the appropriate audience through various media vehicles (digital/social, non-digital, PR) with measurable outcomes on recall & engagement. - Building Consistency in Identity: Create a distinct brand identity for through consistent imagery & tone of voice so as to build salience and recall through appropriate memory structures. Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints and communication channels. - Ability to create: Should bring in the ability to create content from scratch basis the ask with studios (in-house/outside), collaborators, designers and production houses. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other functional stakeholders like product, merchandizing, retail, to ensure seamless experience delivery across all customer touch points. - External collaboration: Ability to work with external studio, production houses, talent, content creators etc. and be custodian of the brand identity and imagery across all bodies f work. Requirements: - Education: Degree in design, film making, Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation or marketing roles, preferably with experience in working with studios, running a studio, production houses etc. for brand campaigns across traditional as well as digital medium. An eye for detailing and quality for everything that is created is important. - Creative Thinking: Ability to think out of the box so as to develop innovative brand campaigns and initiatives that capture attention, resonate with the target audience, and differentiate the brand in the market in the right brand tonality & imagery. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand messages, develop marketing collateral, and present ideas to stakeholders. - Attitude: Happy to learn & have fun alone the way!
