About The Role:
The Brand & Communications Manager Food Service is responsible for planning and executing all marketing related activities aligning to its overall branding strategy.
The role will also act as a custodian of the brand and its marketing responsibility across Indian and International markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Category Growth & Strategy:
- Analyze category sales and performance data to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
- Assess market positioning and define a clear roadmap for category expansion.
- Identify strategic gaps and opportunities with key accounts to drive penetration and expansion.
Pipeline Development:
- Lead initiatives that strengthen the innovation pipeline and align with customer needs.
- Coordinate with Sales and R&D to ensure timely execution of pipeline projects.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage internal coordination for innovation days, customer engagements, and key account meetings.
- Create compelling sales pitches and enable Sales teams for effective customer engagement.
- Translate customer insights into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.
Innovation & Portfolio Building:
- Identify whitespace and new product opportunities aligned with category trends and customer needs.
- Partner with R&D to build a forward-looking product and concept portfolio.
You Should Have:
- 7+ of experience in category marketing, preferably in food, bakery, or FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and Marketing teams.
- An innovation-led mindset with a solid understanding of industry and consumer trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
