Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role focused on building and managing demand-side partnerships.
The role involves structured research, strategic outreach, negotiation, and long-term relationship management with complete ownership from lead identification to onboarding and partner retention.
This is not a traditional BD role; it is strategic, insight-driven, and relationship-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted lead research across high-growth sectors such as fintech, crypto, gaming, and D2C.
- Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and professional networks.
- Own partnership conversations with brand and agency stakeholders.
- Manage the complete lifecycle: pitching, negotiations, onboarding, and activation.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Maintain and grow long-term strategic relationships through consistent engagement.
- Analyze performance data and market trends to unlock partnership and growth opportunities.
What Were Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in digital product/service sales, partnerships, or client strategy.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience in high-ticket deal conversations (5L+/month preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

- Digital Marketing / AdTech / Online Media
- Fintech / Investment / Digital Banking
- A strategic mindset partnership-driven rather than transactional.
