Manager - BOQ/Quantity Surveying - Commercial Interiors

- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for commercial interiors and furniture projects.

- Develop comprehensive tender documentation and support tender submission processes.

- Conduct detailed cost estimation and analysis for project budgeting and forecasting.

- Coordinate effectively with vendors and subcontractors to gather cost inputs and quotations.

- Support commercial interiors and furniture project teams with estimation and quantity surveying activities.

- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure cost control and value engineering.

- Utilize CAD tools for measurement and documentation as required.

- Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and contractual requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity surveying for commercial interiors and furniture projects.

- Strong understanding of tender documentation and submission processes.

- Proficiency in project budgeting, cost forecasting, and vendor coordination.

- Knowledge of CAD tools for quantity take-offs and documentation.
