Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement overall talent acquisition strategies, forecast staffing needs, and build talent pipelines for future growth.
- Recruitment Execution: Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to build and strengthen the company's employer brand to attract candidates.
- Process Improvement: Use metrics and data to analyze hiring effectiveness, optimize processes, and improve the candidate experience.
- Team & Technology: Manage recruitment teams (in larger orgs) and leverage recruitment software (ATS).
- Onboarding: Oversee and improve the new hire onboarding process.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of HR laws, recruitment best practices, and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, analyze data, and manage budgets.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, and proven success in full-cycle recruiting.
