Manager - BFSI Regulatory - Big 4 - CA

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the day-to-day regulatory compliance (applying for licenses with the RBI, regular compliance filings with the RBI) and advisory assignments.

- Accountable for the entire assignment such as timely delivery, quality of the deliverable, etc.

- Expected to build positive client relationships and demonstrate understanding of the client's requirements and business.

- Qualities of leadership, as the person will be responsible for allocation of work within the team, performance of the team, identification of training and development needs within the team.

- Assist senior members of the team on prospective client pursuits.

- Proactively identify new areas where the Firm can leverage with the existing client.

- Review of regulatory applications e.g. NBFCs, Banking Applications, etc.

Qualifications: Qualified CA

Experience: 5-7 years or above of work experience in Banking and NBFC regulatory matters.
