Business Development & Growth - Consistently delivers recruitment solutions to clients, providing a comprehensive consultative service that generates repeat business - Develops existing client accounts by meeting and exceeding agreed expectations of our key account clients, adhering to all service level agreements and compliance requirements - Seeks out and develops relationships with new clients, winning new client business through cold calling, networking and marketing techniques Skills: - Proven 8+ years' work experience in recruitment - Hands on experience in Business Development - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
