JD for the Branch Operations Role - Job Profile:

- Accountable for the day to day smooth & error free transactions/duties associated with Branch operations, customer service.

- Acting as the auditor & controller at the branch for reviewing, tracking, monitoring & self-auditing the various records in the branch & ensuring compliance to the rules, processes & guidelines of the organization & other applicable guidelines.

- Verification of Savings and Current account opening forms with respect to KYC and all the parameters ensuring smooth processing of AOFs and other non-financial transactions.

- Single point of contact for key clients having service requirements (corporates). On boarding new corporate and individual clients (end to end process)

- Authorization of financial transactions, cash, RTGS, NEFT, etc. and processing of other Trade / Forex related transactions.

- Ensuring timely and correct reverts to the queries raised by AML and Compliance team.

- Ensuring best in class customer experience by resolving of customer queries, complaints and grievances.
