- Identify and acquire new B2B clients needing PTL logistics services
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
- Understand client supply chain needs and offer customized PTL solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Upsell and cross-sell logistics services
- Identify new opportunities in target industries
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation, prospecting, and qualification of B2B and enterprise accounts.
- Independently schedule, participate in, and gradually lead client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Build a strong understanding and value proposition to effectively position solutions to potential clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, professional platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Manage and maintain accurate data in CRM systems; contribute to sales forecasting and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
