The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new business clients, managing key accounts, and designing strategies that expand the company's market presence.

The role involves lead generation, solution selling, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver customized solutions for enterprise customers.

This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients across assigned industries and regions.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to reach and exceed revenue targets.

- Conduct market mapping, prospecting, and cold outreach to generate leads.

- Present customized solutions to decision-makers, showcasing value and ROI.

Client Relationship & Account Management:

- Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers (CXO, VP, Director level).

- Understand client business needs, challenges, and processes to offer appropriate solutions.

- Ensure customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and maintain strong engagement across accounts.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop proposals, quotations, commercial terms, and sales presentations.

- Lead sales negotiations, close high-value deals, and ensure timely contract execution.

- Track sales pipeline, forecasting, and conversion rates using CRM tools.

- Conduct competitor analysis and provide strategic insights to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to design client-specific solutions.

- Provide market feedback to product teams to support solution improvement and innovation.

- Work with onboarding and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation for clients.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

- Maintain updated records of all sales activities in CRM systems.

- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance and pipeline health.

- Monitor key metrics like revenue, deal size, sales cycle length, and lead quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

- MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

- 6-10 years of experience in B2B sales or enterprise sales roles.

- Proven success in acquiring and managing corporate clients.

- Experience in solution selling, consultative sales, or selling SaaS/IT/technology/enterprise services (customize as required).

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand business needs and articulate solutions effectively.

- High ownership mindset with a goal-oriented approach.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.

- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.

- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex decision-making processes
