Job Description B2B Sales Manager (Institutional Sales)

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager Institutional Sales to spearhead institutional market growth across North India.

The role requires strong expertise in cultivating long-term partnerships with corporates, government institutions, and premium educational organizations, as well as expanding business through trusted dealer and channel networks.

The ideal candidate will come with a proven track record in consumer electronics, IT, audio, or premium lifestyle brands, and will be responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives, enhancing client engagement, and delivering consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Drive institutional sales growth across corporates, government, and premium educational institutions in North India.

- Develop strategic partnerships through high-level networking, industry forums, alliances, and relationship-led market development.

- Onboard, nurture, and manage institutional dealers, distributors, and premium channel partners.

- Build and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, and decision-makers.

- Create tailored account strategies and proposals for high-value institutional clients.

- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and repeat business.

Strategic Sales Planning

- Track market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.

- Design and implement premium institutional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights to senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

- 5-8 years of B2B / Institutional Sales experience.

- Strong exposure to consumer electronics, IT, audio products, or premium lifestyle brands (watches, Dyson, etc.

- Proven success in institutional and enterprise sales with consistent achievement of revenue targets.

- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Willingness to travel extensively across North India for premium client engagement.
