Role Overview:

A leading luxury lifestyle and technology brand portfolio is expanding its B2B sales vertical and is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive growth across premium customer segments. This role focuses on delivering high-end technology and lifestyle solutions to corporates, hospitality groups, real estate developers, architects, interior designers, and gifting partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales exposure, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for luxury products and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Account Management:

- Drive growth of the B2B business by acquiring and managing key enterprise and institutional accounts.

- Build long-term relationships with corporates, hospitality brands, real estate developers, architects, interior designers, and gifting partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the premium segment.

Sales Execution:

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closure.

- Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.

- Handle pricing discussions, negotiations, and commercial closures.

- Ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, logistics, and service to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

- Coordinate installations, timelines, and post-sales support where required.

Reporting & CRM Management:

- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and accounts in the CRM system.

- Track pipeline health, prepare regular sales reports, and share insights with leadership.

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within luxury, premium electronics, or consumer durables.

- Strong professional network and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Customer-centric approach with a consultative selling mindset.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for luxury products, technology, and innovation.
