We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales & Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth, manage strategic client relationships, and expand existing accounts. The ideal candidate will combine strong new business development skills with excellent account management capabilities to build long-term partnerships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through outbound and inbound channels
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
Key Account Management:
- Manage and grow relationships with key and strategic accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client business needs and align solutions accordingly
- Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver value to clients
- Coordinate onboarding and implementation for new accounts
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools
- Track account performance and sales metrics
- Provide regular reports on revenue, opportunities, and account health
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales and key account management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience managing long sales cycles and enterprise clients
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
