Manager - Audit & Taxation - Online/Media

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and financial reporting standards.

- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize the companys tax position.

- Analyze financial statements to assess organizational financial health and risks.

- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

- Lead and mentor the audit and tax team, fostering professional growth and accountability.

- Identify internal control gaps and recommend enhancements to mitigate risk.
