Job Title: Manager - Assurance, Accounting & Advisory

Experience: 5+ years in ASSURANCE, ADVISORY & ACCOUNTING (MANDATORY)

Location: Gurgaon, Udyog Vihar

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Assurance & Advisory with 5+ years of experience to lead client engagements, manage teams, and provide strategic insights. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills to deliver high-value solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Lead and manage ASSURANCE and ADVISORY ENGAGEMENTS for clients across various industries.

2.Plan, execute, and review audit, accounting and advisory assignments, ensuring compliance with professional standards.

3.Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members.

4.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Identify business risks and provide actionable recommendations to clients. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client solutions.

5.Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in ASSURANCE and ADVISORY.

Requirements:

1.Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / equivalent professional qualification preferred)

2.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ASSURANCE and ADVISORY SERVICES.

3.Strong understanding of accounting standards, IND AS, IFRS conversation and audits, auditing practices and regulatory requirements.

4.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

5.Proven leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills:

1.Experience with COMPLEX AUDITS, ACCOUNTING, RISK ASSESSMENTS and ADVISORY ENGAGEMENTS.

2.Exposure to multinational clients and cross-border engagements.

3.Strong proficiency in audit tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
