Job Description:

Role Overview:

Yudeekshaa Infotech is seeking an ATL / BTL Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in outdoor BTL activities and lead generation. The role focuses on planning, executing, and tracking on-ground marketing initiatives to drive site visits and sales conversions, primarily through apartment activities, outdoor branding, and referral programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute outdoor BTL activities to generate qualified leads


- Generate leads through:

a. Apartment activities

b. Park and club activities

c. Outdoor hoardings, temporary boards, direction boards

d. Referral programs

- Conduct engagement activities in existing apartments, including referral campaigns and clubhouse events

- Plan and manage site branding (inside and outside), including:

a. Hoardings

b. Standees

c. Danglers

- TVs and other marketing collateral

- Ensure timely refilling and availability of refreshment items across all sites

- Prepare monthly budgets for BTL activities and share spend reports with the HOD

- Prepare detailed monthly activity reports, including leads generated and their status (site visit, sale conversion)

- Plan and execute internal signage post-construction of buildings

- Obtain management sign-off on vendor quotations with cost comparisons

- Coordinate with creative agencies for outdoor creatives, providing required sizes and specifications

- Identify and evaluate strategic outdoor locations for hoardings, direction boards, and other lead-generation activities

Skills & Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience in ATL / BTL marketing, preferably in real estate or on-ground marketing roles

- Strong experience in BTL outdoor activities and lead generation

- Good understanding of site branding and vendor coordination

- Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and cost tracking

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills with agencies and internal stakeholders

- Strong planning and execution skills

- Result-oriented with a focus on lead generation and conversions

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to manage multiple activities across locations

- Detail-oriented and process-driven
