
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff, providing timely guidance and training
- Collaborate with other divisions to build cross-functional relationships and drive business growth
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct assurance reviews of financial statements
- Plan, organize, and review work to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Demonstrate industry expertise and communicate effectively with clients and teams
- Develop and deliver training on assurance and accounting standards
- Prepare engagement plans, allocate tasks, and manage timelines
- Work under strict deadlines and at client locations as required
