Job Title: Manager - Assurance, Accounting & Advisory

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Assurance & Advisory with 5+ years of experience to lead client engagements, manage teams, and provide strategic insights. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills to deliver high-value solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage assurance and advisory engagements for clients across various industries.

- Plan, execute, and review audit, accounting and advisory assignments, ensuring compliance with professional standards.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

- Identify business risks and provide actionable recommendations to clients.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client solutions.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices in assurance and advisory.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / equivalent professional qualification preferred.

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in assurance and advisory services.

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, IND AS, IFRS conversation and audits, auditing practices and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities.

- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with complex audits, accounting, risk assessments and advisory engagements.

- Exposure to multinational clients and cross-border engagements.

- Strong proficiency in audit tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
