Position Overview:
We are seeking a Manager - Assurance & Advisory with 5+ years of experience to lead client engagements, manage teams, and deliver strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and review assurance, audit, accounting, and advisory engagements.
- Ensure assignments meet professional and regulatory standards.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Identify risks and recommend actionable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver integrated services.
- Stay updated on regulatory and industry developments.
Requirements:
- CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in assurance and advisory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, IND AS, IFRS conversion, and auditing practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proven leadership and excellent communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with complex audits, risk assessments, and advisory projects.
- Exposure to multinational and cross-border engagements.
- Proficiency in audit tools, ERP systems, and MS Office.
