Manager/Associate Partner - Data Science & Artificial Intelligence

Skillset: Data Science + Artificial Intelligence + Pharma+ Consulting (mandate)

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and analytics delivery.

- Deep understanding of pharma data sources (sales, claims, patient, RWD, clinical, etc.).

- Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), GenAI models, and NLP techniques.

- Proven track record in pharma commercial analytics, R&D analytics, or patient analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver data science and AI engagements for global pharmaceutical clients.

- Partner with business and functional leaders to define and execute AI/ML roadmaps.

- Develop and deploy GenAI-driven and data-led solutions for drug development, commercial analytics, and patient outcomes.

- Drive hands-on execution in machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and GenAI model development.

- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, AI engineers, and pharma SMEs.

- Participate in business development efforts including proposal/RFP responses and client presentations.

- Ensure delivery excellence, solution innovation, and measurable business impact.
