Manager/Associate - M&A/Project Finance & Debt Syndication

Job Summary:

We are looking for a finance professional to join our M&A, Project Finance and Debt Advisory team. The role will involve transaction execution, financial analysis, client coordination and managing relationships with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute M&A, Project Finance and Debt Advisory transactions.

- Prepare financial models, valuations, pitches and transaction presentations.

- Liaise with Banks, NBFCs and other lenders for debt/funding requirements.

- Coordinate with clients, lawyers, valuers and other transaction advisors.

- Support negotiations, term sheets, documentation and transaction closure.

- Conduct industry/company research and financial analysis.

- Support client relationships and business development.

Desired Profile:

- 4 - 8 years in Investment Banking, M&A, Project Finance, Debt Advisory or Financial Advisory.

- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.

- Good understanding of debt/funding structures.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- MBA Finance candidates with relevant transaction experience can be considered.
