Manager/Associate Manager - Business Finance

Position Name : Manager/Associate Manager-Business Finance

Qualification : MBA (Tier 1/2 institutes)

Location : Gurgaon

Job responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison between the Finance function and the Operations function, fostering strong communication and collaboration

- Collaborate with the Operations leadership team to develop and manage the annual budget and forecasting processes

- Provide financial insights to support long-term strategic planning and decision-making

- Oversee the financial performance of the Operations function against budgetary goals

- Identify variances and work with Operations leaders to implement corrective actions, as needed

- Prepare regular financial reports and analysis for the Operations function, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
