Manager/Associate - Investor Relations/Venture Capital

A venture capital fund focused on consumer investments and D2C brands is hiring an Investor Relations professional.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors including LPs, family offices, HNIs and institutional investors.

- Act as the primary point of contact for investor queries, ensuring timely resolution and proactive engagement.

- Support the Managing Partners in capital raising; identify and map prospective investors across family offices, HNIs and UHNWIs, institutional investors, corporate treasuries and global investors.

- Coordinate meetings, roadshows and investor presentations; maintain the fundraising pipeline and CRM.

- Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports; share portfolio performance updates and value creation milestones.

- Draft investment summaries, newsletters and fund updates aligned to the fund philosophy.

- Work with investment and portfolio teams to convert portfolio performance into compelling investor narratives.

- Enhance fund visibility through thought leadership, conferences and networking events.

- Prepare fund performance updates, portfolio dashboards, capital deployment reports and valuation summaries.

- Manage the data room, due diligence documentation and investor onboarding materials.

Candidate profile:

- 3-8 years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, asset management, wealth management, family office, investor relations or fundraising.

- Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, strong networking ability, commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced early-stage environment.
