We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with a leading Big4 firm in their Strategy Consulting practice within Healthcare!

Designation: Manager & Associate Director (AD)

Experience:

Manager: 4+ years

Associate Director: 7+ years (with minimum 4+ years in Healthcare sector)

Location: Mumbai

Education: Postgraduate (MBA mandatory)

Experience: Experience working with Indian clients (mandatory)

Role Overview:

A leading Big4 firm is looking to strengthen its Healthcare Strategy Consulting practice. The role involves working on high-impact engagements across GTM strategy, growth strategy, market entry, and commercial due diligence (CDD), partnering with senior stakeholders and driving strategic decision-making for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver strategic engagements across GTM strategy, growth strategy, and market entry

- Conduct commercial due diligence (CDD) including market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessment

- Develop business cases, investment theses, and strategic roadmaps for healthcare clients

- Drive client discussions, workshops, and CXO-level presentations

- Identify market opportunities, growth levers, and expansion strategies

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality and timelines

- Mentor and guide junior team members (especially for AD role)

- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams on complex engagements

Skill Set:

- Strong experience in strategy consulting within Healthcare / Life Sciences

- Hands-on expertise in GTM strategy, growth strategy, market entry, and CDD

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing experience

- Prior experience in Big4 / consulting firms preferred

- Strong communication and presentation skills
