Manager / Associate Director - Strategy Consulting (Industrial Sector) (One of the Big 4 Consulting Firms)

Overview:

Join the Strategy & M&A Consulting practice of one of the Big 4, advising clients in Manufacturing, Defense, Logistics, Aerospace, Automotive, and Chemicals. As a Manager/AD, you will lead engagements in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), Go-To-Market (GTM), and Growth Strategy, working with CXOs, investors, and Indian corporates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver CDD, GTM, and Growth Strategy projects across Industrial sectors

- Conduct market and competitive assessments, synergy evaluations, and operational reviews

- Design and implement business transformation and performance improvement initiatives

- Manage project teams, mentor consultants, and ensure quality delivery

- Build strong CXO relationships and contribute to business development (proposals, pitches, sector insights)

Skills & Experience:

- MBA from a top B-School (IIMs/ISB/XLRI/FMS/MDI or equivalent)

- 5-8 years post-MBA experience in Strategy Consulting / Corporate Strategy

- Demonstrated experience in CDD, GTM, and Growth Strategy (mandatory)

- Prior consulting experience with Big 4 / MBB / Tier-1 firms preferred

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and presentation skills
