About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience in Statutory Audit, preferably from non-Financial Services sectors such as Telecom, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, Healthcare, etc. The ideal candidate should have led audit teams, managed client relationships, and delivered high-quality audit engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute Statutory Audits, Indian GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP engagements.

- Work closely with the Director/Partner to strengthen client relationships.

- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of audit professionals ensuring high performance and productivity.

- Ensure audits are completed within stringent deadlines and meet quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong documentation standards.

- Travel within India or internationally for client engagements, as required.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) maximum of 5 attempts.

- 6+ years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit within reputable Audit/Accounting firms.

- Experience working with non-FS sector clients (e.g., Telecom, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, Healthcare).

- Demonstrated experience in handling and managing audit teams.

- Strong communication skills (verbal & written), interpersonal abilities, and leadership qualities.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage demanding client expectations.
