Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Statutory Audit practice as a Manager/Associate Director in Mumbai or Gurgaon. In this leadership capacity, you will oversee complex audit engagements, ensuring rigorous compliance with IGAAP and IFRS standards while delivering high-quality financial insights to our diverse portfolio of clients.


You will act as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, managing end-to-end audit lifecycles, mentoring high-performing engagement teams, and driving technical excellence. Your work will directly influence the financial integrity and transparency of our clients' operations, playing a pivotal role in maintaining trust within the capital markets and supporting informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute large-scale statutory audit engagements, ensuring strict adherence to IGAAP and IFRS frameworks to maintain regulatory compliance.

- Manage client relationships at the senior management level, providing proactive solutions to complex accounting issues and audit findings.

- Oversee engagement economics, including budget management and resource allocation, to ensure timely and profitable delivery of audit services.

- Mentor and develop junior team members by providing technical guidance and performance feedback to foster a culture of professional growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to address intricate financial reporting challenges and improve audit quality.

- Review financial statements and audit documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with statutory requirements.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in IGAAP and IFRS, with the ability to interpret complex accounting standards and apply them to real-world business scenarios.

- Exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse teams and navigating high-stakes client interactions with confidence.

- Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, reflecting a solid foundation in accounting principles and professional ethics.

- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the audit process.

- Adapt seamlessly to a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site client engagements with remote collaboration to maintain operational efficiency.

- Showcase a proven track record of managing audit engagements for 5-12 years, demonstrating consistent growth in responsibility and technical expertise.
