Manager/Associate Director - Statutory Audit - Big 6 - CA

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end statutory audit engagements for large-scale clients, ensuring adherence to global audit methodologies and regulatory timelines to maintain firm-wide quality standards.

- Manage and mentor high-performing audit teams, providing technical guidance and fostering professional development to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Oversee complex financial reporting reviews, including IFRS and GAAP conversions, to provide clients with accurate and actionable insights into their financial health.

- Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships by proactively addressing audit concerns and providing strategic advice on accounting treatments and internal control improvements.

- Coordinate with cross-functional service lines and global engagement teams to ensure a unified approach to risk assessment and audit execution.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in statutory audit procedures and financial reporting frameworks, including IFRS, Ind-AS, and US GAAP, gained through extensive experience in Big 4 or top-tier accounting firms.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale audit portfolios and complex client engagements, balancing technical accuracy with operational efficiency.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead diverse teams in a high-pressure, hybrid work environment.

- Strong analytical mindset to identify financial risks, interpret complex accounting standards, and provide innovative solutions to client challenges.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 to 12 years of post-qualification experience in a professional services environment.

- High degree of adaptability and professional skepticism, essential for navigating the evolving regulatory landscape across Bangalore and Delhi NCR markets.
