Manager/Associate Director - Investment Banking Practice - Industrials Sector - Big4

We are hiring for an exciting opportunity with one of the BIG4s in their Investment Banking practice focused on the Industrials sector!

Designation : Manager / Associate Director - Investment Banking (Industrials)

Location : Gurugram

Experience working with Indian/domestic clients (mandatory)

Experience Required :

Manager : 4+ years

Associate Director : 7+ years

Role Overview:

This is a high-impact role within the Industrials Investment Banking team, working across M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements for clients across Industrials, Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Manufacturing, Logistics, EPC, and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute end-to-end M&A and transaction advisory mandates across industrial sectors

- Support deal origination, client pitching, financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution

- Develop industry research, financial models, information memorandums, and pitch presentations

- Engage with promoters, investors, and senior stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle

- Drive sector coverage and build strong relationships within the Indian industrial ecosystem

- Mentor junior team members and support business development initiatives

Ideal Candidate :

- Prior experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, or Deals

- Strong exposure to Industrials, Manufacturing, Automotive, Defence, Aerospace, Logistics, or EPC sectors

- Experience working with Indian/domestic clients is mandatory

- Strong financial modeling, valuation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- PG/MBA mandatory
