Manager/Associate Director - Investment Banking - Consumer Sector

We are looking for experienced professionals to join the Investment Banking team for the role of Manager / Associate Director Consumer Sector.

Experience Required:

- Manager: 4.5+ years

- Associate Director: 7+ years

Qualification:

- MBA/PGDM/CA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (Mandatory)

What we're looking for:

- Experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, M&A, or Fundraising

- Strong exposure to the Consumer sector

- Experience working with Indian clients is mandatory

- Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, financial analysis, and transaction execution

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute buy-side, sell-side, fundraising, and strategic advisory transactions

- Build financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, Information Memorandums (IMs), and other transaction materials

- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking

- Manage investor interactions, due diligence processes, and deal coordination across transaction lifecycles

- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic mandates

- Support business development initiatives and contribute to delivering high-quality client solutions
