About the Role:

We are looking to hire a driven and well-networked Institutional Sales professional to lead our Delhi cluster for treasury and investment acquisition. This role is ideal for someone with deep relationships in the corporate treasury ecosystem and a strong understanding of fixed income and cash management products.

As part of the senior sales team, you will work directly with CFOs, Treasurers, Treasury Heads, and key institutional decision-makers across Banks, NBFCs, Corporates, FIs, and Family Offices. The focus will be on mobilizing deposits, investments, and allocations into a broad suite of financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive acquisition and growth of institutional relationships across banks, NBFCs, large/mid corporates, FIs, and family offices

- Mobilize investments and deposits across FDs, Bonds, CPs, Mutual Funds, and Lending Products

- Act as a trusted advisor to treasury stakeholders structuring tailored treasury and investment solutions

- Coordinate internally with product, compliance, legal, and operations for seamless client delivery

- Stay abreast of market movements and regulatory trends to align client strategies and internal offerings

- Support commercial lending origination via treasury networks or market leads

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 4+ years in Institutional Sales / Treasury Sales / Corporate Banking / Debt Capital Markets

- Strong existing relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and institutional investors

- In-depth understanding of fixed income, liquidity products, and corporate investment strategies

- Experience in banks, NBFCs, AMCs, treasury consulting, or institutional distribution

- NISM Series VA certification (preferred)

- Strong commercial acumen, high ownership mindset, and client-first approach

- Excellent deal structuring, negotiation, and relationship management skills
