Manager/Assistant Vice President - Corporate Finance - Investment Banking

- Capital Budgeting & Investment: Lead the evaluation and financial modeling of large-scale Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects for new and existing plant operations. Conduct rigorous analysis (NPV, IRR, Payback) to ensure optimal allocation of capital and maximum return on investment.

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Drive the annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes. Provide variance analysis and actionable insights into performance drivers across all plant locations.

- Funding & Capital Structure: Assist in managing the company's financial structure, including optimizing the mix of debt and equity to achieve the lowest Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC). Engage with banks and financial institutions for funding requirements.

- Working Capital & Treasury: Monitor and optimize working capital (inventory, receivables, payables) across all plants to ensure operational efficiency and strong liquidity. Support treasury functions, including cash flow management and risk mitigation.

- M&A Support: Provide financial due diligence, valuation, and integration support for potential mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.

Required Qualifications

- Professional Experience: 5 to 15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Investment Banking.

- Education: Mandatory qualification of CA (Chartered Accountant) or an MBA in Finance from a premier institution.

- Industry Exposure: Experience in a large-scale manufacturing, infrastructure, or multi-plant industrial environment is highly preferred.

- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and advanced Excel. Knowledge of SAP or other large-scale ERP systems is a plus.

- Attributes: Exceptional analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Must be capable of working independently and leading cross-functional financial initiatives.
