About The Role:
We are looking for a high ownership, hustle-driven Technical Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building teams from the ground up. You will play a critical role in scaling our Engineering, Product, Data, and Tech functions while partnering directly with business and tech leadership.
This is not just a recruiter role this is a talent builder role where you will shape hiring strategy, create talent pipelines, and influence organizational growth.
Responsibilities :
Build & Scale Tech Teams:
- Own end-to-end hiring for Engineering, Product, Data, DevOps, and InfoSec roles
- Work directly with founders, tech leaders, and hiring managers to understand hiring goals
- Act as a talent advisor rather than just a recruiter
Hunt for Top Talent:
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality passive talent
- Use innovative sourcing techniques, market mapping, and networking strategies
- Build strong pipelines for niche and future-critical roles
Drive Hiring Like a Business Owner:
- Design creative hiring strategies for speed and quality
- Drive offer closures and candidate engagement
- Influence hiring decisions through market insights and data
Create Outstanding Candidate Experience:
- Be the face of the company for candidates
- Ensure fast, transparent, and engaging hiring journeys
- Build long-term talent relationships
Improve & Build Processes:
- Continuously optimize hiring workflows
- Partner with HR, employer branding, and leadership teams to strengthen talent brand
- Experiment with new hiring tools, platforms, and assessment methods
Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :
- PG / MBA / Graduate with 4-8 years of experience in Technical Hiring
- Proven track record hiring across product/startup or fast-growing environments
- Strong sourcing capability for niche technology roles
- Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder and influencing skills
- Experience hiring in financial services / fintech /startup ecosystems
- Strong understanding of modern tech stacks
- Exposure to building hiring processes from scratch
- Experience using ATS, talent analytics, and sourcing automation tools
