About the Role:
The Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager will independently manage key accounts and drive new business in the high-end residential segment. This is a client-facing role requiring deep understanding of design aesthetics, technical detailing, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities with architects, interior designers, and HNI homeowners.
- Manage complete sales cycle - enquiry, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Provide product presentations and coordinate technical discussions.
